Plainedge’s Pet Program Is Two Paws Up


Members of the Student Council at Eastplain Elementary School in the Plainedge School District recently held a pet supplies drive to aid pets in need.PetDrive_042915A

As part of their community service activities, students gathered donations throughout March and April and then sorted the items for donation. All items benefitted The Poor Paws Program—Toys of Hope, which is based out of Huntington. The program caters to families that struggle to feed and care for their pets.
