Oyster Bay Town Councilman Tom Hand recently had the honor of administering the Oath of Office and installing Tom McCarthy as Commissioner of the Massapequa Water District.

McCarthy was joined for this momentous occasion by his wife Barbara and Hand commended the commissioner for the amazing job the Massapequa Water District does providing unparalleled service to the residents within its district.
